What should I bring to my session?

For land sound baths, wear soft, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. For pool journeys, please bring a swimsuit, towel, and any personal floatation devices you prefer—we also provide sanitized floats and towels on site.

Do I need to know how to meditate?

Not at all. Your only job is to get comfortable and notice what you feel. Many guests who say they "can’t meditate" find that sound and water give their mind something gentle to follow so they can finally relax.

Is it okay if I fall asleep?

Yes. Sleep is welcome and very common. Your nervous system will still receive the benefits of the session, and many people wake up feeling clearer and lighter.

Can you host at our Airbnb, hotel, or retreat?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with hosts, retreat leaders, and companies. On-site sessions are available throughout the Phoenix and Scottsdale area, with custom pricing based on group size and travel.
